Carl graduated from a management development program with Deloitte & Touche. He then entered the transportation industry with the Yanke Group of Companies, where he progressed through several key management roles. Carl and his family relocated to
Regina
in 1999 to develop a comprehensive truck logistics program for
Saskatchewan
Wheat Pool. Carl holds a professional designation with the Canadian Institute of Traffic and Transportation (CITT) and he is also the cofounder and Vice-Chair of the CITT
Saskatchewan
Council. In February 2003, Carl brought his experience in senior management positions, marketing, logistics and corporate re-engineering to FarmPure Seeds, and in 2005 he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of FarmPure Global. Carl also took on the role of Chief Operating Officer of FarmPure Foods in 2007. Carl is currently serving on the board of Saskatchewan Trade Export Partnership. |

Tilly Wiens, raised on a grain farm in Manitoba, brings to FarmPure a wealth of experience in sales,
as well as the personal experience of living with celiac disease for most of her life. After years of experimentation with types of flours, and developing and refining gluten-free recipes, Tilly is uniquely qualified to market FarmPure's new line of "pure oat" products.
Tilly's sales and marketing experience includes positions at the Regina Leader Post, the Regina Free Press, and the Lethbridge Herald. She has also held sales positions at Danka and Framemaster's Gallery and received her Commercial Art diploma from Assiniboine Community College in Brandon, Manitoba. Tilly has been an active member of the Canadian Celiac Association (Regina Chapter) since 1989.
She joined FarmPure Foods in April, 2007. |

Abe brings 18 years of experience in milling with Dawn Food Products: 3 years in wheat cleaning and milling and 15 years in pulse crop cleaning and splitting, both in production and management roles.
Abe has taken numerous courses during his career, including: correspondence course in flour milling, AED/CPR/First Aid, Pulse Crop Handling, Forklift Operation, WHIMS, Confined Space Entry and a HACCP Workshop. He is a member of the International Association of Millers. Abe took on the role of Manager, Milling and Operations in March 2006. |

Alexandra graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and is registered as an Engineer in Training with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan. Her background includes two engineering firms in
Venezuela
, where she worked as a Consultant and gained experience in TPM implementation. She has attended several technical courses including GMPs and HACCP workshops. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Regina Vegetarian Society. Alexandra joined FarmPure Foods in December of 2006 and assumed the role of Quality Assurance Manager in May of 2007. |

| Degan attended the University of Saskatchewan, University of Regina and SIAST. She first entered the work force by helping out with the family business. Since then she has worked in the hospitality industry with roles in marketing & promotions and employee management. Degan has over 8 years of office experience, focusing on customer service, payroll administration, general accounting, shipping and receiving documentation, production and inventory control. She brings a diverse work background to FarmPure Foods with experience in working in insurance, warehousing and transportation, and agricultural industries. Degan joined FarmPure Foods iin September 2007. |
